Rapidly incubated 3 trend-focused products

Context
RedNote’s Innovation Product Team is a fast-moving incubation team exploring unconventional, youth-oriented product ideas across multiple emerging directions. During my internship, the team incubated 12 early-stage products in parallel, experimenting with lightweight, collaborative workflows where designers, PMs, engineers, QA, and users worked closely together to test ideas, ship quickly, and iterate through real feedback.
I contributed to the incubation of 3 products: herein, a mobile home-screen widget product; dooo0t, a creative photo editing app; and Campus, a campus social community. My role covered core experience design, visual direction, motion exploration, reusable UI patterns, and AI-assisted workflows, including building tools, support design system creation, and improve cross-functional iteration efficiency.

dooo0t is a creative photo editing app for young users, focused on lightweight and stylized visual expression.
I designed and shipped the image collage feature, contributed to the product’s visual direction, and used Figma MCP and Codex to turn the original vibe-coded prototype into a more structured design system, improving output consistency, design iteration, and engineering collaboration.

Led the core experience design for Herein, covering trendy clock widgets, multiple weather widgets, widget landing pages, and social sharing cards, while quickly shipping a World Cup-themed fish tank weather easter egg.
Documented cross-platform widget design guidelines in a one-pager, built a batch image background color validation tool with HSB tuning, multi-image preview, and color rule export to improve design validation and efficiency, and standardized the sharing panel pattern across 12 early-stage products, engineering reuse, and incubation efficiency.

Led feature iterations for Campus, a university student social app, including the homepage redesign, post and comment interactions, direct message quote replies, and related motion design, while shipping World Cup-themed profile pages for 32 countries.
